When you create an account and use the app, we collect:
When you choose "Show courts near me", the app reads your device location on the device to calculate distances to courts. Your precise location is never stored on our servers and never transmitted to us or any third party. It stays on your phone.
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics, so we can find and fix bugs. These reports may include device information and app state at the time of a crash; we do not intentionally include message contents in this data.
We do not run third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral/marketing analytics, and we do not sell your data. (If that changes, we will update this policy and the store disclosures first.)
We share the minimum needed for these services to function. We do not sell personal data.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete Account), we permanently remove your personal data — profile, photo, memberships, friendships, reliability records, blocks, and push tokens — and we anonymize content that other members rely on (games you created and messages you sent remain, but no longer show your name). This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Plixt is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact support@plixt.app and we will remove it.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, authentication, row-level access controls). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
We may update this policy; we will post the new version and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app where appropriate.
