Plixt is currently operated by an individual (Parth Sampat), pending formation of an LLC. This page will be updated to name the LLC once it is formed.
By creating an account or using Plixt (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Plixt. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

We use automated filtering and human review of reports to enforce these rules and may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate them.
You retain ownership of content you post (messages, profile info), and you grant us a license to store and display it as needed to operate the App. You are solely responsible for your content and for your interactions with other users. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Plixt helps you find games and players; it does not vet, endorse, or supervise users, courts, or in-person meetups. Pickleball and meeting people you don't know carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. Meet in public places, use good judgment, and follow the safety guidance in our Community Guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parth Sampat (operating Plixt) is not liable for injuries, disputes, damages, or losses arising from games, meetups, or interactions with other users.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any court/game information is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parth Sampat and Plixt's operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
